Lots to be thankful for 🧡 -- Monday, November 29, 2021

Hey everyone! I hope that you all had a great Thanksgiving!! We sure did, we got fed lots of yummy food! Our ward is awesome! I'm going to miss Thanksgiving in Hawaii. 🥲 I've been sick for the last week so that hasn't been fun. And now my comp is sick haha whoops..being sick sucks 😂


We had a huge miracle happen yesterday!! We've been teaching this girl names Kiki for a while. She comes to church pretty much every Sunday and she goes to all of the youth activities, she's 15. All of her best friends are members. She wasn't progressing because her parents didn't want her to be baptized and because she's moving at the end of the year....well our Bishop called us yesterday and told us that Kiki's parents gave her permission to be baptized and she wants to be baptized on December 11th!!!!!!!! So we went and taught her the first lesson yesterday and we'll be meeting with her almost every other day to get her baptized next Saturday!!! Such a miracle!! We're so happy and excited for Kiki!! 

Everything is going pretty well! I can't believe that it's almost Christmas already!! It doesn't feel like Christmas here but we're listening to Christmas music hahaha. Thanks for all of your love and support!! Have a great week!!!

Tsunami warnings, car accidents, and six months -- March 8, 2021

Aloha!! Man this week was crazy busy! I love being busy again!! I hit my six months last week which I don't want to talk about...so crazy. I feel like I've been a missionary for a week but also five years at the same time haha. So on Tuesday we went and got some ice cream and sat by the beach which was fun. We had interviews on Wednesday with President Walker which is always a party. I also won the Kahoot that we played..no big deal.  On Thursday we had a zone flood in Lihue! Sister Larson and I made a new friend for the Lihue Elders named Ramina!  Also, we had a huge miracle this week!! We had a member named Summer who we hadn't met yet text us. She told us that her sister Lacey and her husband want to start having the missionary lessons and that they have an eight year old daughter who they want baptized...  That does not happen like ever so we were so excited!!!! We've taught them one lesson so far and it went alright. I was kind of all over the place in the lesson b...

Last one 🥲

So I guess this is my last weekly email. I get home on Thursday morning. It's very bittersweet. I'm so sad to leave Hawaii but so excited to see my family.  This last week was so good and so hard saying bye to everyone. We were able to go to the temple yesterday with some investigators and it was amazing. Man I love being a missionary and I've learned so much. 💙💙 Laie Temple 💙🌺 Kaylee is a girl we teach every Saturday:) Comp Study at Starbucks  Daughter #2 💜💜

♥️#KauaiMoBettah♥️ -- Monday, August 9, 2021

What's up everyone! So I will be transferring to Oahu in Milillani tomorrow! I'm super sad to leave Kauai but I'm excited too! I'll be follow up training Sister Nahipali and I'm nervous but excited! Kauai will forever hold a special place in my heart. The Island and the people here are amazing!! All I gotta say is, #KauaiMoBettah  MATTHEW GOT BAPTIZED ON SATURDAY!! It was such a miracle and such a special day! It was a perfect day. He felt so good after and he kept telling us how amazing he felt. I'm so proud of him! He's so amazing!  Today is gonna be crazy so I can't write much more but I love you all! Have a great week!  Wehi, Denise, and Wai Matthew's baptism!! Fox got to baptize him My fav place
