Aloha🤙🏼
This week was busy! Pretty much just the same appointments and things we do every week. We put a girl named Kawai on date to be baptized!! Her mom and older sister are recent converts and now she's getting baptized! We're so excited for her!!!
We got transfer news on Saturday..Sister Wilson is headed to Maui We'll be in a trio now! Sister Larson and I were also called to be STL's or Sister Training Leaders. We're nervous but it will be good! Sisters Thomas and Wilson were teaching a lot of people so we'll be pretty busy now! Our zone is changing a lot so we're sad but it will be good! It always is! We will miss Sister Wilson.
I just wanted to share one of my favorite scriptures which I think is probably the most comforting scriptures ever. It's 1 Nephi 21:14-16 "But, behold, Zion hath said: The Lord hath forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me—but he will show that he hath not. For can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee, O house of Israel. Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me." I love these verses because it's easy to feel that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ aren't aware of us all of the time but that isn't true. Jesus Christ died for ALL of us personally. He will never forget us because he knows our pains and our trails. He felt all of them. I love you all! Have a great week!
